Amazon Behavioral Interviews

Reviewing & using The Amazon Leadership Principles is a great place to start when preparing for the Amazon Behavioral Interviews. Intuitive reading of the principles along with the descriptions provides a LOT of guidance on how to answer these questions. The types of answers and the focus for how you present your stories is key to addressing any of those principles.

Amazon’s Interview Structure 

Each interviewer is also given two of the principles to focus on, so having 4 interviews plus the Bar Raiser, the 4 interviewers will cover 8 of the 17 principles. The Bar Raiser is all about how you fit in the culture at Amazon and how would you raise expectations for all the people around you.
